Real appoints new Chief Financial Officer
Recently established construction and regeneration business, Real, has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Viv Frankham as Chief Financial Officer.

Viv, a qualified accountant who trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers, joins the organisation from FTSE 250 office landlord, Workspace Group plc, where she was Head of Finance for the last nine years.

In her previous role, Viv gained significant financing experience, most recently overseeing the launch of a green public bond. Viv also brings to the role experience of the property development market having worked previously as Finance Director at London & Newcastle Capital Ltd, a residential property developer.

At Real, Viv will be responsible for building a robust finance function to support the business’s plans for growth.

On her appointment, Viv said: “This is a really exciting time to join Real as the business begins to establish itself across the south east and south west. I’m looking forward to working with the rest of the team to secure the funding necessary to not only deliver some exciting regeneration projects that are already in the pipeline, but make possible even more place-making projects.

“I have been particularly impressed with the ethos and employee-focused culture of the business and can’t wait to be part of such a fresh approach to delivering construction projects to create high-quality, vibrant communities.”
