Real implement new HSQE reporting system
Construction and regeneration business Real has implemented a new HSQE reporting system, as part of its commitment to maintaining data efficiency and transparency.

Launching on 31st January, the new Evotix Assure reporting system will help establish meaningful real time data in accordance with Real’s standards, to help benchmark its performance in comparison to both business objectives and targets.

The live data will be accessible for all internal members of staff, and in addition enables the analysis of trends and performance at all levels of the business both internally and externally.

This includes individuals, right through to Real’s supply chain, individual parts of the business, or the group as a whole, ensuring the organisation instils and promotes transparency across all areas of the business.

The new digital reporting will create a more systematic approach to managing risk, including the identification of organisational structures, accountabilities, responsibilities, policies, supply chain involvement and engagement, with an emphasis on identifying patterns and trends, and opportunities for continual improvement.

Ben Cox, Chief Operating Officer at Real, said,

“In order to uphold our visions and values, we need to do everything we can to promote transparency.

“The new HSQE reporting system provides us with an efficient and reliable way to provide both internal and external stakeholders with real-time data, and to maintain engagement throughout every stage of our projects.

“The system is enabling us to collaborate fully and effectively with our partners, which will cement trust within our working relationships.”
