Work to commence on 77 new apartments for London Affordable Rent in Ealing

Being developed by A2 Dominion, the new homes will be built by Real who have entered a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA), with architectural planning work already carried out by Conran & Partners.
In addition to the affordable housing, a new community centre is being built, which will provide new and existing residents with a much-needed community facility, to compliment the new a primary school and community café already delivered as part of the overall project.
The new homes will be situated in two apartment buildings with a landscaped courtyard to the rear.
The enabling works are due to begin shortly, with the construction of the new homes starting later in the year.
As part of the drive for greater energy efficiency and lower carbon emission the new homes will access the existing site wide energy scheme for Green Man Lane that has already been delivered in an earlier phase of the development. There will also be PV panels on each building’s roof, providing electricity in line with the developments overall sustainability aims.
